The following guide will assist you in moving your domain away from 123 Marbella Internet Services and closing your web hosting package or domain management services with us.

If you still want to move your domain away please carefully follow the instructions below:
If your domain ends in .co.uk, .org.uk or .me.uk please follow these instructions:
1) Contact your new choice of web host and ask for their "IPS TAG". This is sometimes known as a "Nominet key" or "Nominet tag". An IPS TAG is a single word, all in uppercase, similar to "ENOM" which is our own IPS TAG. We need your new web host's IPS TAG in order to be able to fully move your domain name to the new web host.
2) Next, you will need to fax us (printed rather than hand written) with authorisation to move your domain name. Please ensure that you include everything requested below otherwise we will not be able to process your transfer.
a) The Fax must have your full name and address at the top.
b) The Fax must contain your 123 Marbella username & password and the domain you wish to move.
c) The Fax must clearly state the IPS TAG that you wish to move the domain to.
d) The Fax must state the reason for which you are moving your account.
e) The Fax must be signed, printed and dated.
3) The fax should then be sent to our domain management department on +34 911 311 806
4) We normally process transfer away faxes within 5 business days (Mon-Fri) but we won't be able to process faxes that arrive without all fields above correctly & fully completed.
Why do I need to fax or post the transfer request? - 123 Marbella Internet Services have to act in a responsible manner when dealing with the transfer and release of domain names that, for some people, are very valuable assets. Our process, based on industry standard security practices, ensures that only the registrant can authorise the transfer of a domain name and that such a request is logged by ourselves, presented on a formal letterhead and signed by the legal entity in question. In many cases transfer away requests are completed by ourselves in smaller timescales than those offered by companies who do not verify transfers in this way.

c) You should state on your Fax that you would like your domain to be unlocked, and, if applicable, that your new host also require an 'Authorisation ("Auth") Code'. We will then unlock the domain, and send onto you the relevent Auth Code email from the current registrar for your domain.You should then be able to instruct your new provider to initiate the transfer. We will automatically release the domain once authorisation has been given. Please make sure we hold your current email address on our records as the Domain Transfer Authorisation Email will be sent to the address we hold on file for you.
d) The Fax must state the reason for which you are closing your account.
e) The Fax must be signed, printed and dated.
