IF THE DOMAIN IS .COM, .NET or .ORG
1) Unlock the domain name if its currently under domain lock
2) Change all the contact email addresses for the domain to support@123marbella.com
3) Ask the current registrar for a "TRANSFER AUTHORISATION CODE"

Once your current registrar has made the change we will be informed automatically and will adjust our records

2) as long as you are the listed registrant you will receive an authorisation email from eurid

FAQ
How do I know where my domain is registered?
If you do a whois search, this will tell you with which registrar your domain name is with.
What if I dont have access to change the contact details in the domain?
You will have to contact the registrar directly by email or phone and ask them what they will need in terms of obtaining access to changing your details or having them do it for you.
Most registrars will allow you to change contact details via some form of online login panel.
Other registrars will ask you to email them or fax them instructions.
For security, if you are asking for changes to be made to your whois details, the registrar will usually ask for some kind of written authorisation, usually a fax with your letterhead and a written request and signed by the owner or company representative.
