This support feature is mainly reserved for either:
- online remote training with clients - remote troubleshooting of a clients computer
This software unfortunately does not work with Apple Operating Systems
What is Scheduled Remote Assistance? Scheduled Remote Assistance is a way for us to connect to your computer so that we can either train you on a particular subject or troubleshoot a problem with your computer.
This method of technical support saves you time and money by not having to pay outcall charges becasue everything is done without us having to come out to your location.
Even if you are in another country, we can perform remote assistance as long as you are connected to the internet. (it even works over a dial up connection!)
Scheduling a Remote Assistance Session In order to setup a scheduled remote session please do the following

Download the Remote Connection Software by clicking here(50kb)
a) Download the remote session software and save it somewhere on your computer.
b) You dont need to run the software until we tell you to on the phone.
c) The remote session software should be downloaded to the computer you want us to connect to. (put i on the desktop so its easy to find)

Contact Tel Number
a) We need to know the number we should call if we are to call you.
b) We can call you or you can call us.
b) During the remote session, we will talk to you on the phone whilst connecting to your computer.

Date and Time of Session
a) Let us know your preferred date and time you would like us to contact you in order to initiate the remote session.
