Our Approach

Requirement Gathering and Specification
The first phase of any development project is the performing of a full requirements gathering exercise. Our team will talk to the project sponsor as well as end users to formulate an exact list of requirements for your software. Our preferred design methodology is, as mentioned above, "Rapid application development" (RAD) and we place emphasis on user involvement during the design process.
From this requirements gathering, a system specification is produced for your approval. Once signed off this will be used as the basis for the project's development.
Development
During the development process we will meet with you regularly to discuss progress and any required changes to specification.
On Going Support
On going support for solutions is provided via our unique remote training software, alternatively, we can offer “traditional” support and maintenance agreements.
