Average billable time to answer a question is appx 10 - 20 minutes depending on the complexity and is billed at €1 Euro per minute. We usually respond SAME DAY via email.
On Site Project Survey
€ 500 + travel expenses
If you would like us to come to your premises and consult with you about your current or future project, Craig and Justin be able to answer any questions or concerns and give unbiased professional advice. After the consultation you will receive a survey document containing all that was discussed. This consultancy fee is refunded if you secure a project with us for €10,000 and above. Payment for Site surveys must be made in advance 72 hours prior to appointment.
Web Site Maintenance Contracts
If you need regular maintenance on your web site or system development, you should consider a web site maintenance contract.
Securing a maintenance contract reduces our rates considerably.
Minimum contract lengths are either 6 months or 12 months.
12 Month Contract Pricing 1 - 5 hours per month - €45 per hour 6 hours and above - €25 per hour
6 Month Contract Pricing 10 hours and above - €25 per hour
Optional Extra: We can offer a service level agreement to you for 50% of your maintenance agreement cost, guaranteeing you delivery of your work within a 24 hour period *.

Web Design Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Your business is important and you need things done when you need them done, not when we "feel like doing it" or "when we have the time" to do it.
A service level agreement is a gaurantee that we will deliver your services in a specific manner or timeframe suitable to you.
You can combine a service level agreement with your web site maintenance contract or simply subscribe to a service level agreement in order for your work to be done first.
Service level agreements and are tailored to your requirements. Service level agreements are usually contracted for a period of 12 months minimum.
