Craig Edmonds, Sole Director of 123 Marbella Web Design SL,  is pleased to announce that the domain dispute lodged with nominet.org.uk for the domain name craigedmonds.co.uk against Matt James of Guaro, Spain has been successful with the independent expert making the following observations and remarks in regards to the decision:-

1) the panel expert was satisfied that Nominet sent the complaint to the respondent (Matt James) in accordance with the correct domain dispute procedures.

2) the complainant (Craig Edmonds) has, to the panel expert's satisfaction shown rights in respect of a mark which is identical or similar to the domain name.

3) Matt James made the registration in an abusive manner and the panel expert agrees that it was an abusive registration.

Although the decision has been made that the domain should be transferred to Craig Edmonds, Matt James has until the 31st of December 2008 to lodge his appeal. If no appeal is made within that time, the domain is permanently transferred to Craig Edmond's ownership.
