	Web Site Maintenance
	If you need regular maintenance on your web site, newsletters or graphic design, you should consider a web site maintenance contract or consider purchasing bulk hours. Securing a maintenance contract or purchasing bulk hours reduces our rates considerably PLUS your requests get fast tracked and done quicker. For complete transparency, we maintain a strict log of all time spent on your account which can be accessed online. This means when we do a job for you, the time is logged, you are emailed with the details and given access to a list of all works done and the time everything has taken. Option 1 - Purchase Bulk Hours You pay for a block of hours in advance and request work when you need it. The hours do not expire and can be used anytime now or in the future. Buy 10 Hours - €400 (€40 per hour) Buy 20 Hours - €700 (€35 per hour) Buy 40 Hours - €1,200 (€30 per hour) Buy 72 Hours - €1,800 (€25 per hour) Option 2 - Fixed Maintenance Contracts Minimum contract lengths are 6 months and are payable on a monthly basis on the first day of each month. The hours have to be used up in the same month and cannot be rolled over. 6 hours per month - €150 per month (€1,800 per year). Additional hours are billed at €25 per hour.
