How long does it take to create the eBook from start to finish?
If you can provide the storyboard, all images and text in digital format ready for our designers, we can have your eBook ready in 2 working days.

I dont have any images for my eBook, can you provide some?
We can of course provide images based on your requirements but there is an additional charge for sourcing images for your eBook. The prices depend on the licensing requirements of the images we use. We do have a catalogue of professional royalty free images but you will be liaible to a fee for our time in sourcing images.

When you have created my eBook and I want some changes done to it, can you make these changes?
We can make changes to the master files but this will incur some time on our part which we will charge for. In addition you will be subject to an additional mastering fee if you wish to have the final exe file mastered to CD Rom

Do the eBooks work on any computer?
The eBooks work on computers running the Windows Operating System. We have found there are problems running the eBooks on Apple Macs and Unix. The self executable file is independant.

I would like a 3 page eBook, you only do 5 page eBooks?
We can of course make the eBooks any amount of pages. Our pricing simply starts at €350. If you wished to have either a 1,2,3 or 4 page eBook only, then the price would be €350.

What is your payment policy for the eBooks?
Payment for any eBook project is 100% payment in advance. Due to security issues with the eBooks we have to secure payment in advance. When you decide to go ahead with the project you will receive a proper contract with terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
