Anti Spam and Mass Emailing Policy

In the event that we deem any one of our clients or employees, contractors or partners to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately suspend access to any active account they hold with 123 Marbella Internet Services pending investigation.  We reserve the right to terminate an account if we deem it to be in violation of our anti-spamming and mass email policies.  We also reserve the right to suspend any account pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that they may be engaging in any spamming activity.

In cases where the mailing activity causes  inconvenience to the 123 Marbella email Network, a financial penalty will be imposed onto the client at the rate of €100 (one hundred euros) per email sent.

In order to provide a reliable and secure service to our clients, we have a strict policy against spamming and mass emailing.

We forbid the sending of the following forms of email on our network :-

- solicited or unsolicited mass emails (ie mailing lists or newsletters)
- unsolicited emails (spam)

We consider spamming to be an activity whereby anyone directly or indirectly transmits email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission.

We consider mass emailing to be an activity whereby anyone directly or indirectly transmits email messages to a newsletter or mailing list whether it is Opt In or Non Opt In (ie spam).
